Right Float Photo Chemical Physics is an exciting and interdisciplinary area of science lying between the traditional fields of chemistry and physics. Because of its interdisciplinary character, the field is quite broad, covering everything from elementary excitations in atoms, to the theory of weakly bound complexes, to nanoscience and technology involving novel materials. Chemical physicists focus on solving complex and multifaceted problems, using a variety of experimental and theoretical techniques from different scientific areas, to understand the fundamental properties of nature.
